Why we exist
Strategy and engineering belong on one accountable team.
AI projects often split responsibility between the people who advise, the people who build, and the team expected to run the system. They work to different briefs and schedules. Important decisions get lost in the handoffs, leaving the client with a partial implementation that nobody is ready to run.
We watched this pattern repeat for fifteen years while running an ecommerce engineering company. The technology changed, but the handoff between advice and delivery did not. Clients still depended on expertise outside their company after the project ended.
At MavenSolutions, the same team evaluates the opportunity, builds or rescues the system, prepares it for production, and measures what changed. Your team remains in control, whether we hand off the work or continue to support it.

Why now
Production AI makes focused projects practical.
Modern AI systems can make smaller, bounded projects worth pursuing. A workflow with a known cost and an operations owner once required a multi-quarter integration program. Today, the same work can often be delivered as a focused build that the operations team can own.
Some systems need an agent that can choose the next step. Many need a fixed workflow with AI used only where judgment helps. MavenSolutions builds the least complex system that can meet the agreed standard.

Each engagement starts with a defined scope, price, and outcome. Ongoing operations are separate and optional.

MavenSolutions is a two-person firm today. Andrew leads each engagement and stays directly involved from the first decision through delivery and handoff.

Andrew Korolov
Andrew helped build Magento twenty years ago. That work taught him what breaks when software meets real traffic. He then spent fifteen years leading MavenEcommerce, an ecommerce engineering company whose client relationships ran as long as a decade. Hundreds of projects taught him which engagement shapes work and which reliably fail.
A.G.E.N.T. turns those lessons into a working method: define the evaluation first, keep the architecture small, instrument production, and leave the client able to run it. The same production discipline applies whether the right system is a fixed AI workflow or an agent.
